Is it possible for bacterial vaginosis to heal completely without taking antibiotics?

A. You can use yogurt, probiotics, and garlic. Antibiotics kill off the good bacteria that helps fight off bacterial vaginosis.

But just now I just noticed a fishy smell again, not as intense but still there.
